If you encounter an issue with a survey, Maholla makes it easy for you to report it so we can address the problem quickly. Here’s how you can report a survey:

Option 1: Contact Support


  1. Note the name or ID of the survey you wish to report.
  2. Reach out to our support team via the in-app support section or email.
  3. Provide details about the issue so we can investigate and resolve it promptly.


Option 2: Report a Survey Directly (While in a Survey)


  1. If you’re currently in a survey and encounter a problem, click the Back button.
  2. Select the appropriate option from the action sheet to report the issue (e.g., "Lost Interest" or "Survey is broken").
